Bladder Diary icon

We have Residents on 3 diary bladder/bowel diaries to monitor their output for the purposes of correct pad allocation. This Is a requirement from the continence pad provider. It would be useful to be able to have a specific 'watch' item for bladder and bowel diaries, and also a corresponding icon that can be displayed on each person's profile picture.
