I do have some concerns I'd like to raise first of all. One of them is the poor structure and layout of the care plan when printed or exported to pdf. Please see attached document, the manager described it as appalling to me. There have also been some concerns from the manager about the admin UI and how rigid and long winded it is. While the everyday use on the device for staff appears to be easy to use via the icon navigation and what has helped make the decision in choosing PCS, not until we have had this opportunity to use the admin side and begin adding service users and a test care plan do we have these concerns regarding it.
