Allergy Assessment and Epipen icon

Allergies -
Create an Allergy form so that you can tick how high risk the allergy is and it comes up on an assessment and automatically flags on their 'Risks' like when on a soft diet, and will flag what to do and the signs of their allergy? Would safe time when adding in medication allergy information (e.g reaction known/not known, what to watch out for if not known)
- An Epipen icon for if this is administered (currently we asked carers to record under 'Ambulance' as this would need to be called as well) but would just help clarify.
