Who I am Headings to match Current/Initial Assessment

The headings on the Current/Initial Assessment do not match the headings of the sections they are pulled through to on the Who I am section. Please can you change it so these match. This would mean there is clarity when putting the information in what heading it is going to appear under for colleagues.
