High Priority Notes Alerts - they can show live on the dashboard all important events such as falls, hospital, clinical changes, skin changes etc. of all affected residents. This will be very beneficial for a manager/RGN etc. to quickly be alerted about the important clinical events that need to be promptly actioned without going through the handover packed with different information. This was a feature of the care system I used to use in a previous job and I really miss when using PCS.
