Risk Register/ customizable reports

Customisable reports to allow a home to list all residents and key indicators.
such as a risk register

1-50 resident names
columns for diabetes, skin care plans, textured diet etc. ideally the columns to be customizable but having a risk register for the home is becoming common practice now.
