Photos of outings

It would be great if there was a way of sending photos from other devices to the system. For example, we have residents who take photos on tablets, phones or cameras, as well as staff taking photos on outings, which we then cannot put onto the system. Perhaps an email address or bluetooth? At the moment it is a bit restrictive as has to be in house, unless we install the app onto other devices, but this is a data protection issue
