Icon Idea

Hi, could a "accident" icon be added to the system please. There is presently no icon that staff can select for just a "accident" I am aware that the can log this under any care note however I just feel an icon solely for this purpose would be far more easier - this is for areas that may not be a fall, may not have caused a injury like a wound/bruise however still needs to be noted as an accident - thank you
