date/time feature for care icons

I think a feature that allows staff to set a date and time when implementing care, for example for residents who go to the toilet independently if they state they had a bowel movement the day before then care staff could add the open bowels icon to the day before so that the bowel movement is documented more accurately, this could also be helpful for implementing missed care actions that have been completed but as been forgotten to be documented.
