Oral Health

Upon checking the oral health charts this week I have noticed that when residents are refusing their oral hygiene it does not appear on the chart, even when it is documented on the handset. This makes it appear that the resident has not been offered oral hygiene when they actually have. Can we have a section on the chart where oral hygiene has been declined or refused? Or for this to appear in red/yellow like it does with the other hygiene needs that are declined.
