detailed report of monthly falls analysis

we have been asked by CQC inspector to provide monthly falls analysis and the action plans we implemented but the system only provides charts of any accident/incidents rather than a more detailed written analysis.
is it possible for the system to generate a detailed monthly report/Analysis taking in consideration the time ,date, location, injury or non injury, and an incorporated action plan based on individual action plans we have to update after each accident/incident. we need to show to CQC patterns and how/what it has been implemented monthly .
