Risk Assessment Review history

It would be really beneficial if there was a review history for risk assessments to identify who and when Risk assessments were updated identified in each Risk Assessment, Similar to Care Plan sections.

04/02/24 - Jeff true.
CQC have regularly asked when was the Risk assessment implemented and its a long process to search backward or trying to locate this information.
