We have weekly ward rounds with the GP surgery, and at the moment we are emailing this over to them but this can create some confusion as we don't know if our request has been viewed/ actioned.
Could something be integrated into the system where we flag an entry to be included on "ward round" similar to how we add things to the hand over? e.g. we could document about wound detrioration concerns, and flag it for ward round so it gets picked up by them but also added to the service user notes simultaneously.
