Diabetic and foot care plan

A diabetic risk assessment could be added to the assessment tool session and further a diabetic care plan.
When a diabetic care plan is made, the system could alert or prompt for a foot care plan as well. This can also be linked with a hypoglycaemia care plan or hyperglycaemia care plan. QCS and NICE guidelines states nursing care homes to always have a foot care plan when ever the resident is diabetic. I think this is critical to be added.
