Cream - Apply + Select Cream Name

Creams - Can we not have an option where we can add the creams that are prescribed for the individual, so when the carers apply the cream, the options will pop and you can select which cream you applied? It would be the same system as fluids let's say - you select fluids and then you get the options with the size of the drink. With creams, you can use a basic picture and just add the name of creams, making it easier for the carers/nurses.
