3 things

1. To add a ‘room tidied’ and a ‘bed made’ to the adhoc tasks ( there is currently bed changed but not made)

2. For the water low assessment and the dependency to add the options to add more than one answer. For example under continence o be able to select ‘catheter’ as well as ‘faecal incontinence

3. Most important one…. To be able to set wound care and dressing changes as a planned care. Currently staff are having trouble to check which residents are having a dressing to be able to check them daily
