Wound Description. way to change to current grade rather than kept to the original description on initial assessment

in regards to wound care.. the deception of wound cannot be changed on the system.

my resident came with moisture lesion and that wound deteriorated to grade 2, we kept the same wound care to show the wound progression. Unfortunately, the description still shows as the original 'moisture lesion' label.

We update the notes under the photograph but i believe that's it's beneficial to be able to have the option to amend the wound description to it's current state.
