Assessments

It would be helpful if the assessments could be accessed via the care plans as although it states the level of risk sometimes there is a need to check information on the assessment and to do this you have to come out of the care plan and back to assessments, also automatic save on care plans would be good as we often get the oops there's been a glitch and all the information has been lost
