Option to hide carers names on reports

Hello, we would like to have the option to remove carers names from reports. This is to facilitate Subject Access Requests where currently we need to redact third party names from reports such as the care notes. Redacting carers names on reports which can be hundreds or even thousands of pages is becoming very time consuming.
