having a ABC form would be great and is really important as then they don’t need to be logged as an incident

It has been noted that certain tiles fall under emotional support and the system is generating an ABC chart when this isn't required.
I recently made an entry regarding a social worker review but as the social worker tile falls under emotional support an ABC form was created but for this entry it wasn't a requirement. There is then no option to unflag this as an ABC entry as you can with accidents/incident.
