Adding refused icon in oral hygiene to prevent gaps on PCS
Where the icons for cleaned, checked, gel, blood - can we have a refused icon?

Hi , when staff complete oral care and resident declines or refuses ,this does not show up on oral care charts , you have to physically go into care notes to see this. so on oral care if staff not completed this ,boxes stay white and it presents as if not completed. Is there any way we can have an option where a colour or shape enters these boxes. as we do not always have the time to go through all residents care notes daily.

It is possible to mark any care icon as 'refused'. To do so, click on the 'Change' button and there will be options for 'Declined' and 'Refused'
