Urine observations

“Please add urine sub-categories on handsets so that whenever any urine-related icon is selected, staff can quickly choose:

• Colour: Clear, Yellow, Orange, Pink/Red, Blue, Brown, Cloudy

• Odour: Normal, Strong, Acetone, etc.

This is important because changes in urine colour and smell can indicate infection, so it needs to be observed consistently every time urine is recorded. At the moment, urine is treated as a single category in the SSKIN chart’s Incontinence section, so this would need a product change to support selectable sub-options.
