Staff‑origin visibility and Clarity during resident transfers

Staff‑origin visibility — At present, when a resident is assigned to a home/unit i.e. Lonsdale, any care notes entered are assumed to be from Lonsdale staff, as the system does not record which home the staff member actually belongs to. It may be helpful for PCS to explore adding a feature that records the staff member’s base home or team.

Clarity during resident transfers — When a resident transfers to another home, the current system makes it difficult to identify which staff from which home have entered notes. A clearer way of tracking staff origin during and after transfers would improve accuracy and transparency.
