Nutrition assessment

Would it be possible to look at this assessment, we have residents who are obese with no dietary concerns who are scoring very high (21) when the MUST assessment is 0, this is causing a conflict, which has been picked up by en external audit, who insisted that the assessments had not been correctly completed, when they have.
