Edit the duration time for /genericapi/insertcarenote

When using the /genericapi/insertcarenote endpoint, there is a lack of ability to specify the duration. This means the time inserted to the care note is a generic templated time associated with that kind of action.

The issue here is that the duration could be minimal, but mCare associates longer times with makes reporting inaccurate.

I suggest a parameter addition to the API;
"duration" and it's in minutes. This would improve the API submissions accuracy.
