Currently we have to reopen the file to view their scanned documents, but then the moved in date changes- if you are not on the ball then this date could be changed to an incorrect date unless you change it back. We sometimes need to view scanned documents due to an incident.
we have to re-open a closed file in order to upload a scanned document. could there be a way that a scanned document could be uploaded without re-opening the file. it would make it alot more efficient for us
