when care plans are due for update small square will flag yellow and when the care plan are overdue for update it will flag red and one updated it will flag green but today after updating the care plans they did not flag green will please look at this . Thank you
Good morning Sarra, If the care plan statuses are not updating as expected and as Daniel has very kindly shared, please could you contact the support team for them to assist further?
This is correct. If all care plans have been reviewed there will be no flag at all. When they have 2 weeks or less until the next update they will show green. Then when they have 1 week or less until the next update they will show yellow. Finally when they are overdue they will show red. Hope that makes sense
