Overdue Alerts

Can we create a way of having an alert set either for the desktop version or for the handheld device in order to set up an alert for actions that are getting close to overdue( red flags) , for instance the use of hoist ( as it requires a double signature , if care staff doesn't sign it in within 30 minutes time frame it goes as a missed action on the monthly reports )

It would be beneficial to implement alerts that would notify the staff either before the time is about to expire or to add other alerts as per the care staff need, this can be done either on the handheld or for the desktop device so the nurses can add the alerts to and when needed
