hello if we can have a feature so managers can amend notes and the times of notes.
I am finding my staff are forgetting to log thing in and then when I chase them up the time has already passed so I cannot add the note. for example breakfast was forgotten to be logged and I have now asked my colleague to log it as she did give it but cannot. To any inspector this would be negligence but it isn't as we have given it. I feel that the system is not working in our favour here at all and this must be changed immediately
