Add another catergory

Good Morning I have a resident that is Quadraplegic as a diagnosis. Risk assessments generated on system only have drop down options for Paraplegic diagnosis. Could we please add this to the risk assessments as a drop down option. Regards Leah
This was brought up in a Inspection with Local Authority as a requirement to ask to see if it can be added to assessments
