Environmental Safety Watch

Instead of having separate icons for environmental check - would it not be better to have an environmental watch icon that incorporates - sensor mat, bed rails, laundry, bed changes, mattress check, soft foam mattress check and rotation, IPC icon to say that equipment has been cleaned, equipment checks - as this area covers a large part and would mean it is beneficial in that staff would become more and more aware of these crucial checks and complete them much more effectively each day more than searching for them, which is time consuming and taking them away from care responsibilities.
