Good morning!
I kindly ask you if is possible to have an option to save documents in digital format. We have to send often all care plans, risk assessments to professionals. Our option now is to print one by one and then to scan and send it. This mean a lot of waste of paper and time. I don't want to mention if the printer is not working, you can't send the documents., you're stuck. Would be really helpful to have an option to save it like pdf or word documents and then to e-mail it. Same, if is possible, because are included in out daily checks and tasks, to have one more icon, we have 2 types, of mats in place, sensor mat and crash mat to be checked daily. And, we have two types of mattress, one is already included, the air mattress, and the second is a normal mattress that have to be checked too and is not in included.
