Icons for wound care/infections on devices and ability to link photos to care notes.

It would be beneficial to have care note icons, that are specifically for wound care and infections. The reason for this, is so that staff can document specific wounds and infections (or signs of) and then admin staff/senior staff can filter this daily to ensure that all wounds/infection records are opened and actioned.

At the moment, we have to sift through care notes such as skin integrity and handovers, checking in case something is missed. If there was a specific icon for this, it would be more efficient. And these can then be linked to the treatment records.

Also further to this, It would be really handy if the pictures for wounds could be linked to a care note and a body map function available from the device in conjunction with this.

It would be great if this could be looked into please.
