Wound Picture flagging system

We have 54 residents in our home and 20+ care staff on any one shift. When the care staff are doing personal care and taking pictures of red marks, new wounds etc, please could we have a way that this is flagged up on PCS so that the nurses are able to see that this is new. At present we are reliant on care staff letting us know about this and it is not always done.
