When someone has planned care for repositioning this remains static at the set and planned times. However - if someone has care in between these planned times as an 'ad hoc' or early care, the times stick as static when in reality that person may then not be due care for two hours (for example) after that planned care.
Eg - a person is due care at 11am, and 3pm. They have care at 11am, then at 1pm due to incontinence - the flag still comes up at 3pm.
Is there a way that the flags can become flexible, so they adjust when someone has care at a different time (so in this case, they had care at 1pm as ad hoc, so actually not due again to 5pm rather than 3pm.)
The problem with static planned care is that carers are then selecting 'not due' at 3pm, which then misses the fact they need care at 5pm instead!
