Accident/incident forms

pleasec ould we ask if the resulting section in the accident/incident forms be moved down to the managers sign of section , this is due to these forms have to be completed by the end of a shift and we wouldnt nessesary know the outcome/resulting result there and then as a resident may go into hospital etc i fell that that part of the form would suit it better being on the managers sign section at the end once its been completed this way we could have a better way of documenting it right just a idea!
