View messages through monitor

We have some nurses who only sometimes use the handhelds but often use monitor. It would be really helpful if messages sent to them could be seen through monitor as well as the handhelds as the only way currently would be to give them permission to edit/access all staff records to be able to view their own page which leaves issues with data protection.
