Webchat conversation history available outside 9-5

The webchat history is only available during the webchat working hours 9-5. If you need to refer back to the information outside hours ie. at night or weekend you cant and need to wait till their online. I had been provided information recently and i tried to refer back to the useful infomation but becuase the chat was closed i couldnt see my pass conversation until they opened again.
