Form Update - PEEPs

I have just had a CQC inspection last week and they have pulled me on the PEEP that PCS has. They said this isn't a PEEP as it is titled PEEP Checklist and that it doesn't have relevant information such as how to exit the building from the residents bedroom or from the lounge etc. I have obviously inputted extra information about the resident e.g. whether they live with dementia etc, but it wasn't good enough as it said CHECKLIST on the form. Checklist meaning that it is a prompt to complete a PEEP. I argued back about this but to no avail.
Please could you feed this back to the developers?
