Enhance FTE Workers Access Rights report

Admin - FTE Workers - Worker Access Rights

To assist with our audit requirments, It would be useful to have the following new attibutes.

1: Add an Account created Date to the column list.
2: The ability to export to excel.
3: The ability to run it for all sites. If this is possible it would obviously need to detail which site(s) the user has access to.
