add pictures of personal items

I feel that it would be a good idea to be able to add pictures of the items that residents use in the individual care plans as this also helps the care staff with knowing what residents use and what belongs to them CQC like this as it is much more person-centered and the care staff are unable to look into scanned documents and takes a long time
