Handover

Hi regarding shift handover on PCS.
It would be useful if we are able to add anything permanently on the handover like Parkinson's medications due time etc would be helpful for bank/agency nurses. Also some of the information on the handover are not relevant like had cup of tea etc. If there are only relevant information people are more likely to read it.
