Grid for Palliative and End of Life Care

Would it be possible to have a separate grid for Palliative and End of Life Care such as the following: Pain Assessment (Abbey pain Scale), Oral Care Assessment, Repositioning, Anticipatory Medications, Syringe Driver, Non-pharmacological support (Namaste, Music, Sensory, Religious) so that, it would be easier for the team to input monitoring and assessment with residents in palliative and end of life.
