interests and activities for non workers due to conditions

In the interests Activities assessment. it would be goof if this had some questions and answers pertaining to people who have had lifelong conditions that have meant they cannot work or play sports in the traditional way.
ie in the occupation tab maybe a NO prior Occupation option.
Activites could have a Daycentre option maybe.
before the around the home i can help with options maybe a question that asks if the person would be able to contribute around the home with daily activities 1st.
