Set of instructions/suggestions to be carried out for each level

The dependency assessment doesn’t actually prompt you to carry out certain actions based on the score. Are there certain actions that should be done on based on low, medium or high scores?

As far as I can see there isn’t but we have been asked by an RCA investigator what was done a s result of a high dependency score.

Please could you let me know if the document is linked and if there’s something we’ve missed. If it isn’t linked please could there be some consideration given to adding some wording that prompts staff to take some specific actions based on the level of the assessment.
