Change to current Continance Assessment relating to Bowel Care

On the continence care - you have listed just stoma care - could you please amend to include all variants of stoma care such as colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. etc as different stomas need different or varying levels of care with a useful reference to location as someone may have them in different areas depending on their needs

As similar for IBS and IBD have different care needs....etc This means then that care needs can be incorporated, and expected changes in bowel types would be expected etc

At present we are having to use another paper format to show this and would be good to have this added alongside update on the tiles, which is then more person centred rather than generic.
