wound reporting and body mapping - more detail

We need to be able to use the ody map for a wider range of issues, than just wounds eg rash's, swollen legs, skin tags that can be tagged under different headings. Otherwise, when we come to complete a wound audit - where primarily we want to look at the incidence of pressure and moisture damage, the information is difficult to extract. Secondly when you are just monitoring a previous wound site, or area of skin there needs to be a "just observing" rather than active wound setting.
