Displaying Staff Abilities

Behind each staff member page there lies a 'worker abilities' section that one can edit and tick the relevant boxes i.e. NVQ, medication etc. Is there a way of displaying those worker abilities so that a Nurse/Supervisor can see, at a glance, which abilities their current staff working possess? For example, a staff member displaying a worker ability of Medication will indicate at a glance this staff member can be delegated by an RN to administer Medication.
