When staff reporting on the skin integrity icon to report a bruise, cut or rash for example, it would be good if this automatically flagged up on the persons profile that a skin integrity has been recorded as not being healthy. Whether this automatically records as an accident like the seizure icon does, or whether it alerts in the same way it does when someone has had an episode of challenging behaviour, missed action or not enough fluid.
