On repositioning the previous turn position to pull through to the next one -to state moved from left to ... and then staff aware of previous position .
Having to use a chart on the wall to ensure effective repositioning and not always turning to same side .
Can this be considered please, this is a vital step for the staff to know what the last recorded position was without having to faf with past logs, this would support massivly
